EMDR & Trauma Therapy

A Space to Explore What Matters to You

Trauma can shape the ways we protect ourselves, connect with others, and move through the world, often without us realizing it. EMDR and trauma-informed therapy create space to understand those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, and to discover what becomes possible when the past no longer has to lead the way.

What Is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach that helps the brain process experiences that may continue to influence how we think, feel, and respond in the present.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR doesn’t rely solely on talking through an experience. It uses bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, along with carefully structured therapeutic work to support the brain’s natural ability to process information and make new connections.

The process is collaborative and paced with intention. You remain in control throughout the experience, and you don’t have to share every detail for meaningful work to happen.

Curious About EMDR?

You don’t need to know whether EMDR is the right approach for you before reaching out. We can start with a conversation about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
